visa alla recensionerI really like Maddison’s classes! She introduces progressions step by step and reminds the class that it’s okay to not push ourselves beyond our current limits. Also appreciate the reminders to correct form and that the music is unobtrusive but still helps to keep to a rhythm. The 8:30am classes work great for me, as someone who isn’t a morning person! We’re finished just in time for the start of the work day and it’s not too early to be unrealistic for me to make it on time. Love this studio and the people there - so lucky to have it on my doorstep!

After a busy day and recovering from a heavier work out yesterday, this was the perfect balance of stretching/breath work in a relaxing, warm environment. I’ve been looking for something just like this and can’t wait to book again. Nigel was also very welcoming and led the session beautifully.

She promotes embodiment not perfection throughout her practice which makes me feel so safe and comfortable to just bring whatever I am feeling that day. Some days it might just be showing up and laying down for an hour, some days I feel more active - Karina empowers everything. From the start, stu really took the time to understand exactly where my pain was coming from, and more importantly, actually did something about it straight away. You can tell they know what they’re doing — every technique felt targeted and effective rather than just going through the motions. I walked in feeling tight and restricted, and walked out with so much more movement and way less discomfort. I’m genuinely so happy with the result. If you’re dealing with any kind of muscle pain or tightness, I can’t recommend this place enough.
