Social distancing measures

Please stay 1.5 meters from other members while at our facility. If there are more than 6 people in reception please go straight to your assigned studio.

Contactless check-in

Please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before class start time to allow for cleaning and previous clients to leave in between classes

Limited capacity

Class sizes have been adjusted accordingly so there is at least 4 square metres per person

Equipment policies

All our Mats props and reformers are sanitised before every class. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please bring a sweat towel to all classes to adhere to our Covid safe plan.
