The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. There’s a second room specifically for meditation and sound baths events. I highly recommend this practice space as a beautiful respite and an owner and teachers who care. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.
