The class was the perfect balance of movement, stretch, and meditation—you definitely get a good workout while also feeling deeply stretched and relaxed. I worked up a great sweat while still feeling centered and calm afterward. Jillian has such great energy, and she creates a positive vibe that makes the whole experience even better.
