visa alla recensionerChristina is a fantastic instructor, you can tell by how well her long-time clients train. The class on Friday was a very classic Pilates flow, calm and precise. The place is the very opposite of new, fashionable places which call themself “pilates” because of making people do mindless glute-targeting repetitions on a reformer. So if you like flowy classes focused on precision, without loud music, lead by a friendly professional, it’s for you!
