visa alla recensionerThis morning’s class with Vance was exceptional! The sequence was thoughtfully designed, and the cueing was clear, precise, and easy to follow. It truly had everything—mobility, strength, flexibility, and a meaningful spiritual element that made the practice feel complete. The playlist was also fantastic and complemented the flow perfectly. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and energized. Highly recommend!
