Hadiyah is an outstanding instructor. The amount of time and care she took to meet all of us who were new and ask about injuries was more than appreciated. This workout is HARD but I felt safe enough to take things at my own pace and just focus on learning what solid core is all about. I hope to return (once my legs stop feeling like jello) and would definitely recommend anyone new to take the beginner class first and seek out Hadiyah.

Amazing class, really enjoyed that the instructor had clear and concise directions- they would even let us know when to inhale/exhale which I find to be the most difficult part of Pilates. I loved the variety of exercises along with an a awesome playlist which made the time fly by!

Narissa was a great instructor and super funny. She was very involved and always adjusting us to make sure we had proper form so we wouldn’t injure ourselves, which I very much appreciated. She did count a lot though, and perhaps this is just my personal preference, but I’m not a huge fan when instructors overcount because then I focus more on the reps than the workout. I just prefer cues into the next set. Other than that, she was great and encouraging and I love how she incorporated a lot of cardio into the workout!

Bianca is great with checking students movements and providing exercises that are perfectly challenging. I would just suggest that the studio give her a microphone because it was hard to hear her. This is coming from someone who has taken multiple classes at this studio and hear the other instructors just fine.

This was the best yoga class I’ve ever taken. The class was small and intimate which allowed for Bri to be able to help make gentle adjustments for me to get the most out of class. Her teaching style was well paced and easy to understand while also leaving space to go deeper and challenge myself. So great. I’ll definitely be back!
