I was sweating a lot, yet the class felt very calming, making the session both enjoyable and refreshing. Cat is very patient, warm, and passionate. She provided clear, gentle instructions and demonstrations, which really helped with alignment and body awareness. Elements Studio has a modern, calming, and beautiful space, and I left the class feeling refreshed in both body and mind.
