Thirty seconds in, my glutes were on fire and threatening to sue me, leave the family, and walk out. Fortunately, they were in too much pain to go anywhere. Just as I accepted death and prepared to meet my ancestors, I thought, “Thank God, it must be over.” No. Apparently, that was only lower body. Madison cheerfully moved on to upper body as though there were still functioning parts of me left to target. By the end, I had experienced pain in muscles I didn’t even know were legally mine—and somehow loved every minute of it. The class was brutal, brilliantly coached, and genuinely fantastic. As I staggered out, Madison said, “Great job! I didn’t realize you were all on the same level.” I’m not sure what level everyone else was on. I was on Level: Stay Alive. Five stars. I’ll be using the rest of my ClassPass credits on therapy. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting shaking in my car out in the parking lot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

If you know anything about 9Round, you know that in one round, you normally get to work with one of the trainers and the owner just happened to be the trainer that day. He is passionate, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He doesn't make you feel like a first-timer and builds you up when he works with you. I will definitely be coming back.
