see all reviewsLila is such a passionate and clear instructor, she always ensures we engage our ankle muscles (pretend we are wearing 6 inch stilettos) which I’ve found to be challenging as you can really feel the burn - but I love it this way. She offers modifications and actively checks your form. Today we did a slightly slower but more engaged sequence - you could really focus on each movement without the rush of having to always change springs or move around (like I’ve found with other pilates studios’ instructors). Would totally recommend Lila’s classes; she is evidently a knowledgeable instructor and is also super friendly and fun.
