    I love this studio. Each of the instructors is great, and all the other students are so kind. The classes are so much fun and give a great cardio workout. I burn 300-400 calories each class. They offer modifications to make the workout more or less intense. This is truly a judgment free zone where everyone just shows up, does their best, and has fun. The classes also include some arms and legs weight work and some abs work. I always look forward to a class here because it lets me dance away the stress, meet kind people from the community, and get my cardio done. I absolutely recommend!
