You completed 12 stations with four intervals at each station (two 45 seconds and two 20 seconds) with a short break in between each interval. We had a small class size of only 5 people but I would assume that is likely not the norm. I did miss the mirrors and dark atmosphere of other fitness studios however enjoyed the music selection. Will be back!

visa alla recensionerI’m convinced a 5:30am class is held to a different standard. It can’t be easy to bring the heat that early in the day but Spencer kept us all going & motivated for a kick 🍑 work out. Great class!! Loved starting my day like that… and I’m definitely not a 5:30am person 🙃
