    This man is amazing. Every single person in this room was a vibe. I felt like I was in a music video and had one of the best cardio sweats ever. (Warning: you won’t make front row unless you are a regular and flawless.) I sat to the side middle row. I was still able to see my self in the mirror, felt like front row, but not that good.

    Shanna was attentive and an amazing instructor. She knew exactly what she was talking about!! She was super inspirational and I would definitely come back for another class with her!! I learned a lot within a hour and definitely got a good workout in 🥵🥵 Highly recommend anyone to take her class!!!

    It was my first time taking Nadine’s class & she was amazing! It’s difficult to find good Zumba classes in the city but I’m glad that I’ve found one that I enjoy. I left feeling better than I came in & look forward to taking her class again!

    Hot Pilates Sculpt

    I was wary of the hot Pilates sculpt class as the reviews were not amazing but it was actually a great class. The room is warm but not super hot, so if you have a need for intense heat, this probably isn’t for you. This is a solid mat Pilates workout with moderate intensity (and the warmth of the room means you can really work up a sweat). The instructor was great, friendly and gave very clear cues and I loved her playlist. Also mats / towels were provided free.
