visa alla recensionerNancy brings lots of positive contagious energy SNA helpful guidance to the workout. Everyone attending was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class is set up in stations with a mix of cardio and strengthen exercises that were challenging but modifiable to anyone’s fitness level. Highly recommend for a workout that will get your heart rare up while listening to great music and sharing a few laughs with the group.
