    This was one of the easier YoStrong classes I’ve taken — the rep amounts and speed were actually quite achievable instead of just everyone obviously skipping reps and miscounting on purpose. If you’ve ever liked the idea of YoStrong but needed something a little milder, this one’s for you!

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Staff was all super enthusiastic and warm to me so it was a lot less scary! The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

    I am traveling from Dallas and found Studio Three on class pass. Carla had awesome reviews and her class exceeded those rave reviews. She was welcoming and her energy was super calm and grounding. I appreciated her hands on adjustments and overall format of the class. If I lived here I’d buy a membership to the studio so I could take more of Carla’s classes.

    Long and Low Rō

    Absolutely an amazing class. The instructor was super understanding but also very motivational. The views on the river were unparalleled, the machines were in great condition, and Chelsea knew how to push you harder to get the best workout in. Can’t wait to come again!
