The flow of the workout is the smoothest and nicest I've ever done and it's different each time. Becca also explains the exercises really well and I love the options she gives to advance! Her energy makes you smile and giggle throughout the workout which is a bonus. Never loved a place more than HoP 🫶🏼🔥
