visa alla recensionerTime flew by. My first Barre class, arm rails assist with lots of tip toes which I forgot about ballet. Core and arm workout to follow. Indoor temperature went up to 123 F. Full body workout and sweat session. I'd recommend bringing a change of clothes for after class. I'll definitely be coming back.
