visa alla recensionerI always feel great after Yin yoga. Marina filled in for Kandace today. Didn’t really like her teaching style. She talks through each pose and it was distracting as Yin is supposed to be more quiet, still and contemplative. The heaters were on in class. The class description states that it’s not a hot class. I did get my stretch in though, regardless.
