visa alla recensionerThis was my first time experiencing cryotherapy and I combined it with the infrared sauna. Ally(I hope I spelled it correctly) helped get me settled in. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to explain how the therapy benefited her in her own experience. The tank was obviously very cold but I loved how my body felt afterwards. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and I’ll def be back for more sessions.
