My sauna appointments are my self-care time to relax, and I wish the music could be softer so I could wind down or listen to what I choose within the sauna room.

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely loved my time here. The Recovery Room has some cool things in it and you’ll need to decide on what you’d like to do for the most effective use of your time. I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.
