F45 is the same movements (but more of them in less time) and you do get the personal attention you would get from a personal trainer. Love it! Also the music and overall vibe at this location are excellent.

The biggest difference is having two “coaches” constantly peruse the room making sure our form is on point or modifying a move to something better suited for that person. The expert guidance of Catalina shed light on moves I thought I’ve been doing correctly for many years …nope. Thanks for truly leading a class that emulates personal trainer attention to detail. Loved it and can’t wait till my next on 🫶🏼🚀

visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at Barry’s. I’ve always been intimidated with HIIT classes but Alex and the Barry’s staff made it SO comfortable for me. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

visa alla recensionerLauren was friendly and explained how it was gonna work. I am VERY glad this class is 27 minutes because it was really challenging and my body was def not used to the vibration. My head kinda hurt a little after, nothing major. Be SURE not to lock your knees during class (you can hurt yourself) and bring a towel! You will sweat! This cardio is big. There’s street parking for an hour in front of the studio and things move fast here. Kind of in and out so arrive early if you’re unfamiliar and get ready to move! Grabbing weights and equipment etc.

visa alla recensionerI wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
