I came for pilates but they also had other amenities like plunge (which I wanna try!). Changeroom is tiny with the amount of ladies that are in there. Only two sinks. You have to wait some time as some are not considerate. I would come prepared to shower at home instead!

The joint commitment into the water with our small group really did help with enhancing my tolerance. It was a mental navigation into realizing a greater potential. Forever grateful.

visa alla recensionerDid sauna, was hooked. first time in my life to try cold plunge. felt great afterwards. legs couldn't tolerate the coldest tub (because I dipped too slow and chickened out). an expert showed me that the fast plunge is the best way (so that I don't let the instinct prevent me). can't wait to try that out next time. or maybe. either way, the (least) cold plunge is, at least, a must.
