    Helpful cues and visualization, and the small class sizes mean that you can get corrected if you're not in alignment. Love the playlist! Christina is a motivating and engaging instructor. I find classes here more of a beginner-friendly with an emphasis on foundational pilates. I often don't need to take breaks between poses because of how accessible it is and like coming here in between harder pilates classes elsewhere when I still want some movement despite ongoing soreness

    Love love love this class, definitely not a class where you feel totally confident of your own pilates abilities but if you're up for the challenge it's a great workout. Yvette is super personable, helpful instructions, and visually shows each pose as it's done. A more classical pilates workout with emphasis on core engagement and alignment.
