visa alla recensionerThis was my first conditioning kickboxing class and it was such a great workout. Though there were others there who had been doing it much longer, it still felt friendly and inviting for a beginner. Clear instruction, plenty of individualized attention, and lots of encouragement. The tip to bring a friend if you’re new is a good one if you’re someone who likes to feel extra comfortable, since there is some pairing up, but I imagine it would still be great if you couldn’t find someone. I’m so excited to come back!

visa alla recensionerIt was really fun and educational class. I love Jess’s passion about self difference. She made me feel very comfortable in the class as a first timer. There’s a mix of different ages. Some are mom and daughter duo. I’ll recommend 100%.
