visa alla recensionerSo I’m over 40, out of shape, wear glasses, have maybe a crumb of natural rhythm. And I did the class. Did I nail it? Absolutely not. Did I sweat? Oh yeah. Did I flail my arms around and try to swing my hips and somehow come out looking like a dying fish flopping around on the floor? A hundred percent. But it was fun, everyone around me was laughing and shaking it, and at least four people were doing different things at any given time. Literally my only complaint was the last song was some modern remake of “Creep” by TLC which offended me on a level I wasn’t even aware I could be offended on. So go take the class, move, sweat, trip while trying to stretch, do the thing.
