She sets an intention at the start and leads you through a journey that melts away the whole workday. It’s exactly what I need to come back to myself. The class is the right amount of challenging, and I love how she guides you through each movement, gently correcting posture so you can practice better and safer. The studio itself is a bonus: accessible, cute, and a quiet little escape. I’ll definitely be back for more. 💕
