As an experienced martial artist it is not ideal for heavy spar day but if you want good banter, great company and an awesome instructor. This is the place. Definitely will be going back for another class.

And for someone who is flexible but not very strong, this was such a great first experience. The sensei truly took his time explaining the basics and watching the watching the community was pure magic. I recommend more people trying this class!
