This may not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. The flow fit the tempo of the music, so it made sense and was not distracting.

Which , to me , felt like make space for others to enjoy yoga. She taught a all male class today with great reminders such as close your eyes for the last remainder of class , and gave a chakra based theme on the root chakra. She gave a great hands in assist and she was very observant and engaging with the class while creating great spaces for us to self explore. Loved her style and class. Thanks Kennedy keep sharing the true essence of asana. Oh yeah she even used Sanskrit. Little fluff lots of yoga.

She is so kind and you can tell they have cultivated an amazing environment in the studio. The class was pretty intimate but the women in there were all so encouraging and kind as well. Definitely take a class here if you can!

I feel encouraged to do what’s right for my body. Today the theme was boy bands and the music was fire. I love how supportive the instructor and front desk staff are. They act almost like friends - they’re so down to earth! I would like to support this studio more one day and either get a membership or buy a few classes!

Also good for people to know- $4 to rent a mat (because that’s nowhere in the description of the class at this moment). Great class, very sweaty, and I loved the long cool down at the end taking our time to stretch and check in with our body.

I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Unfortunately I need to pause on coming because I’ve gotten 2 parking tickets (I parked just a few mins before 8 in front of the studio) and then last night my friend got his car windows bashed in last night. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!
