visa alla recensionerThe classes are great but the music is always rough. Listening to hard rap every class isn’t motivating. We got excited that the first round had driving techno playing but was soon switched to the usual mind bending rap that gives zero motivation to workout.

The South Miami studio stands out for its exceptional coaching. Maria Jose is outstanding, and Nico consistently goes above and beyond. Their energy, professionalism, and attention to members make this location truly special.

visa alla recensionerReally friendly and encouraging staff! Manager and coach were super welcoming and encouraging. The format was pretty easy to understand. I liked that my name was near which exercise I had next. Showers and lockers were downstairs. I had a great workout but understand how some of the reviews mention it helps to come here with a little bit of gym knowledge under your belt. I did sweat a lot and liked the variety of exercises.

visa alla recensionerThis class was fun but challenging! It was my first Pilates class and it was Hot Pilates at that but i tried my best to keep up. I struggled but i still kept going. Just wish there was modifications for those of ours who are beginners but definitely would recommend it ! Be on time though and bring water ! It’s good to get out your comfort zone ! Have fun nonetheless!

We held poses for a long time and the room was pleasantly warm. I really like the studio and I love this instructor.

I was greeted by a Beautiful, brand new clean understated facility - very cool. The masseuse was thoughtful and thorough. When I was finished, they offered me some ginger tea. I don’t like tea, but it was friggin delicious. The whole way home I was thinking about how great I felt. I recommend getting essential oil or tiger balm for your massage. Today I was really sore so I got tiger balm. This is the best deal in ClassPass right now. They’ve only been open a week so you can expect them to get popular fast but right now they could definitely use everyone to try them out.
