She was thorough and took her time especially when removing my old gel and being sensitive to my natural nails. I expected a charge for removal of my old gel but they said they don't charge for that. The other issue is that their prices they quoted me didn’t match their prices online so I didn’t know fully how to tip. I planned ahead for my tip based on their online prices so I went with that number. Their verbally quoted prices were significantly higher. Overall the service was great though.
