The atmosphere was calming, the lighting set the mood perfectly, and the flow of the class felt very intentional and relaxing. I really loved the focus on movement and how it allowed me to connect with my body in a different way. It wasn’t rushed or overwhelming—just a peaceful, grounding experience. The warmup in the beginning was great and across the floor was fun. So many people were introducing themselves to me and it felt so welcoming. The dance we learned was SO FUN and everyone looked so good dancing to it. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced it’s a nice challenge. I am only visiting here but wish I lived here so I could take this each week.

visa alla recensionerthe class and instructor were AMAZING!!! but i need the location to be made more clear on classpass. i stood at the other studio across the street for 20 mins because it was not made clear that the hip hop class was in a different studio than the main one, even though the only address provided was in suite 105. i still had an amazing time but please make this clearer so students arent lost and then late to class. other than that, i will be back next week!!!
