The girls at the front desk were able to do a work around, but this is something that should be fixed with ClassPass. This is my first time getting a spray tan so I have no idea what to expect as far as the results go. So it’s hard to give a thorough review until I see how everything ends up looking. The appointment itself was quick and easy, and the ladies gave good education for aftercare.

visa alla recensionerI’m happy these pedicures from esme are offered on ClassPass but they have issues with inconsistencies in the service they offer and fees. This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

I’m a licensed esthetician myself and am picky about who touches my face [of course] but I could tell right away that she was highly skilled and very experienced. I booked the standard facial (I forgot the name of it) and Tanya explained the small up-charge for the more advanced facial which was more ideal for my skin type (the essence/essence deluxe, I believe). I felt very comfortable, my skin felt so clean, and looked very plump/hydrated. Definitely going to look at their site and explore packages. Also, the lady at the front desk was very helpful! I had to sign 2 forms when I checked in and it was a very quick process. The facility was very clean and inviting as well. 5 stars, will be returning!
