visa alla recensionerI wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

Taryn was a great encouraging instructor. The music was perfectly timed to help push even harder on the treadmill. I'll definitely take her class again!

Mo was super welcoming she walked me around and explained everything even introduced me to the instructor Abigail. The place was clean. Abigail had a fun playlist. It was my first time in Barry’s it reminded me of orange theory but better. The work out was fun but challenging and I love how Abigail was so encouraging I’ll be back. Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.
