From day one, every trainer has taken the time to talk with me, help improve my form, and give me tips and strategies that have already helped me prepare for future HYROX competitions. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people get better, regardless of their fitness level. The energy here is raw, authentic, and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other gyms. It feels like a true community where everyone pushes each other to improve. The atmosphere is supportive, motivating, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The programming is excellent, the coaching is top-notch, and the music is always on point. Every workout feels purposeful and challenging in the best way possible. The music was perfect (for my taste) which kept me motivated the entire workout. I never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable with, but I definitely felt encouraged to push myself. The facility was very clean and well maintained. It was an awesome experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

The equipment is great and this class was hard a lot of fast songs but with considerable resistance that really made me feel like I was getting a strong workout. I also really liked that they had a wider range of hand weights. Jill was a great instructor and her queuing was well timed but felt varied throughout class so I was never tuning it out.

Not necessarily beginner friendly but of course you can set your own pace. I felt like I caught on quicker bc Ive been working out at Bunda which has a very similar format. I noticed other reviews complained ab the loud music. It didnt seem abnormally loud to me. The volume (&lights) adjusted with the pushes which I loved!! It actually helped me push harder. Definitely expect to be sore tomorrow & most certainly plan on coming back.
