I shared with her that I am 3 weeks post partum and have been breast feeding our baby therefore I have been having lower back issues as of lately due to bad posture from late night feedings.. also I wanted to just relax. She felt all my areas of tension especially within the upper and lower back. She is very skilled and knows how to read my body’s specific needs.
