I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. If they’re open minded enough to change the wax, I think it will be better for the client. In the end, a good result and Gillian was very professional.

On the salon, it was lovely and Fatima was great. She had my hair washed, cut and dried in no time and did a lovely job of it. I am always a bit wary of using a new hairdresser as in the past they’ve loved to chop away at it but she understood exactly what my goal was and executed it perfectly.
