La prof de pilate est géniale, elle est très patiente et explique super bien. Les exercices étaient assez durs pour une débutante mais faisables. Je reviendrai sûrement

visa alla recensionerThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

The instructor was energetic and even helped me out individually when I was struggling to do a certain exercise. Plus point loved how there was a sauna inside the womans changing room right next to the showers will definitely try it next time!
