I appreciated the “no phones” rule to respect everyone’s privacy. The gym/facility is also clean and equipped. For anyone who has a sensitive back or knees, they provide thick foam mats. I also appreciated the facility opening at 6:30, for a 7am class, so you can arrive 10-15 mins early to change out of your abaya, hijab, etc. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!
