Lovely balance of simple yoga poses with expert instructor and sound effects all in the beautiful Grace Cathedral. I’ve attended both on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Never disappoints! All levels are welcome. Great for bringing visitors from out of town! Very impressive!

visa alla recensionerKevin is so sweet! It’s an intimate class setting which is honestly nice if you are getting into a workout routine for the first time or get intimidated by large classes or gym settings. He has so much energy and is encouraging during the classes. Will be back for sure :)
