visa alla recensionerJake is an amazing instructor - so welcoming and supportive! He gave really clear cues and made sure we kept coming back to the breath, which I’ve found some more fitness-focused yoga studios lack. The class had a great flow and was the perfect balance between challenging and restorative. I felt so much better after - both in body and mind. The studio itself is a welcoming, clean and peaceful space and the reception team were super lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good yoga class in NYC 👌

visa alla recensionerAndrea adjusted for different levels of ability I truly appreciate that as I’m not super flexible. Studio has all the necessary equipment (mats, blocks) and is air conditioned (but not cold!) It’s hard to find non-heated yoga nowadays (I don’t tolerate heat due to a health condition) so this was perfect temperature for me.

visa alla recensionerEliza is my favorite pilates/sculp instructor in the city. She doesn’t play slow, boring music EVER. She’s funny and will never make you feel like you’re not strong enough to do something. She’s heavy on “yes you can!” and I’ll return to her class time and time again. I love this class because she makes it great, but also the facility is awesome and I really enjoy shopping after. Highly recommend.

visa alla recensionergreat class! i was initally a bit nervous about the temperature of the room after reading other reviews, but it’s very gradual once you’re in the class - the starting temperature is at 87. it does get to 106 degrees or so, but the burn feels great! Dont worry so much about the temperature and take breaks/drink water as needed :)

visa alla recensionerGood class, I would recommend it for level 2 yogis. For beginners, start with a beginner class to have a strong foundation. This can prevent injuries . FYI, instructor closes the door exactly at 6pm. What I always like about Bhakti Center is that they have water station for you to hydrate, disposable mat wipes, and all the Props you need for Yoga class.

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely wonderful class! Heather was very supportive and attentive, providing perfect modifications to adapt to my injuries and limitations, correcting my form when it was off, and guiding us through our breathing to make the most of our experience physically and mentally. The sequence of movements she put together flowed seamlessly. Leaving the class, I felt stretched and strengthened, peaceful and inspired. I am so grateful for her kindness and expertise and can't wait to return!

visa alla recensionerAndrew (front desk staff) was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was set up smoothly. I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors. Most of the participants were 60 and older, which made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. I've already started recommending it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!" 🙏🏼
