Appreciated the diversity of cultures, ages, genders, and bodies of all shapes and sizes, which is a reflection of the instructor, Trevor, who cultivates a welcoming, safe space to connect with yourself and with others. Single gym memberships are difficult for me at the moment but this class alone gives me a reason to upgrade my ClassPass plan so I can go more regularly.
