Chrys was great at explaining the techniques and getting us comfortable with to new props. I was so relaxed by the time we got into savasana that I actually fell asleep. The cool, aerobatic towel during savanna was a nice touch too. We stayed for a cold plunge and sauna.

The cold plunge was definitely intense, but the infrared sauna made for the perfect recovery. Erica was very helpful and kind. Truly a hidden gem, highly recommend!
