visa alla recensionerThis class was a good mix of humor, humility-induction and helpful practice tips. Two credits is an extreme bargain for this level of excellence. Definitely tip if you arrive here via Class Pass. An anecdote about a moment I experienced... At the end of the class someone mentioned they were going to San Francisco, and the instructor said, “It’s dangerous there.” A student chimed in, “…and disgusting.” I live in Oakland four days a week and can’t judge the validity of another’s experience, but it gave me a lot to think about, and I was probably in a better space to examine what came up for me when I heard that than I would have been before the class.

I also enjoyed the hot stones at the end. Lucy is awesome and attentive. She gives everyone the attention they need. Other folks in the class were friendly and overall I felt lots of positive energy from this studio and would return.
