visa alla recensionerMillie is amazing. I love her music choices and the speed of her classes. Everything is upbeat and a great work out. She does a great job transitioning between yoga poses quickly but gently so anyone with injury or unstable joints can make it to the next pose safely. Yoga6 is a nice clean space with lovely staff and members.

visa alla recensionerPerformant is now Envision Complete under a new young-family owner. It reopened in October 2023 and offers coaching but not classes. They admitted they have not yet figured out how to take themselves off ClassPass. However, they were very cordial, gave me a tour, and said they will get 98% new equipment next week. Envision is a 24h open-floor gym and has renovated showers!
