It has a great structure for beginners: warm up, mix of kickboxing and cardio circuits, and ends with a cool down session. If it’s your first time, don’t worry, Brian and Mina do a great job motivating, challenging, and teaching you the specific moves/routines! They also had gloves you can borrow, but unsure if future visits would be provided. Try out the class if you’re bored of your current cardio routine!
