visa alla recensionerCould not be a better first class. Will was encouraging and positive. The class was workout but with technique, you pick up more technique with practice. I’d have liked some more time on the form, but that’s alright. If it’s your first class you will get gloves but try to bring your own wrap to avoid any injury to your wrist and hands.

I was warmly welcomed into the class by staff, they confirmed it was beginner friendly. Coach was great, I had a good burn and sweat. Defo recommend.
