I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

Challenging class but excellent cues and motivation to propel intermediate practice. I always love Cora’s classes. Her instruction is so clear.

visa alla recensionerHarris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

She has a background in dance and Pilates and it’s obvious that she really knows her stuff. If you’re looking to be led by a teacher who will make sure you’re well taken care of, Barb is your girl.

visa alla recensionerIt was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
