Such friendly staff, very tranquil environment with low lighting, relaxing aromas, greenery and soft music playing throughout. The session starts and ends with tea or water in a small room with a couple of big armchairs which extends the whole calming experience. There is a health declaration to complete on arrival. During the massage, my masseuse was very focused on ensuring I was comfortable and happy, without asking too often. She helped adjust my pillow when I asked, her touch was the exact pressure I’d hoped for/requested and her strokes were slow and long…perfect ! Would happily return - and hope to soon.

I had a male masseuse - something to keep in mind for females, but it was not uncomfortable. Only other thing to note is that most of the masseuse there may not be able to understand English. It was overall a great experience, I hope to return again :)

But still rejecting customer who already reach there in the morning without any solution, it’s unpleasant experience. Imagine if you’re in my situation. Bad experience with this classpass and the vendor. I feel played by both. 🥲😭😩

You also get to hear the loud pumping music from the group classes next door. Oh and there’s no privacy or curtains between massage beds so prepared to be massaged in open space with fluorescent lights. And you should come in shorts and sports bra if you’re having a massage that requires use of lotion. I asked for a towel to put my face down on the massage bed as it’s normally bare.
