visa alla recensionerI had a great first time at the Pilates Core class & I will be back again! Even though all exercises are done slowly, don’t let that fool you — it’s a very intense workout. However, as a former dancer, I enjoyed that Simona explained all the exercises in detail, making sure our posture is always perfect. I also enjoy the space of Eclair studio, such a nice vibe there!

As an autistic person I struggle a lot with going (alone) to new places, but Jenna was super welcoming from the beginning and gave clear and helpful instructions. She did a great job and I had lots of fun + relaxation at hot yoga. Definitely recommend this place :)

He explains the postures and then he adjusts you in case you’re doing wrong. This is not something I saw often in yoga practice. At the end he likes to talk to the students in the comfy and cozy room. So he really invests time in you as a person.

The instructors are super nice and help you get settled in case you are not familiar with spinning, and throughout the class, they make sure to check if you are doing fine and need any assistance. Aside from that the atmosphere is 10/10, the playlist, the instruction, the energy and the space. Looking forward to next time.

Kreeg van de eigenaar van het gebouw te horen dat ze kennelijk op vakantie zijn. Buitengewoon slordig van Tribes om continue klasjes online te zetten en te laten inboeken terwijl men weet dat deze niet doorgaan. Het kost de mensen die de klasjes boeken niet alleen kostbare tijd, maar ook geld want ondertussen wordt het lesgeld wel afgeschreven van het ClassPass account.
