visa alla recensionerThe class is good and so is the teacher, but only 6 people can use the barre and the rest has to pretend the wall is a barre. On top of that only 5 minutes are spent at the barre. Its just a nice pilates class but I would recommend just calling it pilates instead of barre :)

visa alla recensioneri really enjoyed this class, the teacher is fun and relaxed, she is knowledgable and helps everyone adjust, and she offered a lotnof variations which made it easier to tailor to different levels. i very much liked the meditation in the cocoon at the end. me and my sister were feeling a bit playful after because we relaxed so much
