visa alla recensionersometimes is was hard to follow the flow, but I did really like the instructor, I felt he stayed true to real pilates practice. we focused on balance and core strength and it was a really good class! the instructor was also very helpful with form and well educated, even educated us on what muscles we were working atm and gave us form reminders woth guidance with is sooo helpful!

visa alla recensionerLauren taught the absolute BEST barre class. She had great music, easy to follow cues, difficult without being too hard and the foe of the class was perfect. I really enjoyed that is was not a heated room yet had an incredible work out. First time at the small friendly studio. Definitely worth going for Lauren.

visa alla recensionerI really love Eileen’s class. The flow is always great, you kinda know what it will be like if you’ve taken her class before but she always changes up the moves and add ons. The word “combo move” might haunt me but her classes are killer and I always feel I get a great workout.

I did have a difficult time understanding the sequence of the workout and since I’m just a visitor it wasn’t explained clearly but the instructor does go around eventually and pays attention to each persons movement to help direct. I will be back ☺️ very fun!

visa alla recensionerInstructor/owner is very personable, very attentive and knowledgable. it is clear the clients are a community and all very friendly with one another. the clients are happy to demonstrate exercises and offer encouraging commentary to one another. Although the instructor and clients spent some time reviwiewing what looked to be their workouts on a whiteboard, there was a lot of shouting (playfully) across the gym and instruction to perform exercises different from the plan. personally, I found the environment chaotic. I like my workouts to be more predictable and less creative on the fly.
